It’s that time of the year when folks spend time reflecting over what happened throughout the year and start to make plans for the New Year. 

While you are contemplating and attempting to make decisions, I encourage you to put God in the midst (heart; focus; core; hub) of it.  By making Him the foundation (groundwork; footing; base) in your preparation, He will help you make the best decisions for your upcoming year.  Matthew 6:33 NIV says, “Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need.”
