“Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning how to dance in the rain.” – Vivian Greene
Although we cannot predict our future, the bible tells us that problems will come. Jesus stated this in John 16:33 NIV, “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
So, what do we do? Stress about it or even try hiding from life? No! We face it head-on. Jesus said that we would have peace in him, but to be courageous.
Let’s apply what we learned in the “How to stay calm in the C-R-A-Z-Y” series last year. Not only was it relevant for 2020, but it pertains to any challenging situation we face, whether in 2021 or beyond.
Listed below is each letter/topic we discussed and its direct link, as I felt it would be helpful to have it in one place:
1. C – Putting our faith, hope, and trust in God and Jesus Christ
2. R – Having a Relationship with God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit
3. A
a. Be Alert
b. Armor on
4. Z – Zip it
5. Y – You and your choices
I hope that this series has and will continue to bless and encourage you on your life’s journey.
Additionally, my prayer is that we will diligently follow the instructions in Romans 12:12 GNT, “Let your hope keep you joyful, be patient in your troubles, and pray at all times.”
Thank you for your time. Be Blessed… LR Maddox
